Milestones Early Childhood Services provides early intervention for children birth to 5 years of age, who have a developmental delay or those who are at risk of having one due to medical conditions. Milestones also offers childcare spots for typically developing children through the childcare voucher program or parents paying weekly tuition. These children are considered our positive peer role models where all children can parallel play together to reach their full potential. Therapy (including outpatient), Nursing, USDA food program, and Transportation are other services for our Early Childhood program.

Board of Directors:  Milestones Services, Inc. is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 company governed by a Board of Directors.  The Board is made up of diverse people from all over Faulkner county who volunteer their time to serve.  Many of those who serve are advocates.

Staff:  There are a variety of staff employed or contracted to work at Milestones (not a complete list, subject to change):

Executive Director, Director of Finance, Early Childhood Director, Director of Therapy, Early Childhood Development Specialist, 

RN, LPN, Speech Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Classroom Instructor, Instructor Assistant,

Kitchen Supervisor, Food Service Associate, Billing Assistant, Payroll Supervisor, Transportation Supervisor, 

Bus Driver (CDL and non CDL), and Bus Aide, Receptionist, and Administrative Assistant.

Regulated by:  Milestones Services is regulated by several entities, including, but not limited to the following: Division of Developmental Disabilities, Division of Child and Family Services (DPSQA-Division of Provider Services and Quality Assurance), Medicaid, Department of Education(cooperates with the DOE to provide educational services), Arkansas Department of Transportation, Better Beginnings of the Early Childhood Department and the USDA.
